Terms of service

This is a short terms page, not a full commercial contract; it covers billing, acceptable use, and your obligations as a customer placing calls, and nothing more.

1. What Ringspine is

Ringspine places automated voice calls on your instruction, using the context and objective you give it, and hands you back a transcript, a summary, and extracted signals. You are the customer; the person or company Ringspine calls on your behalf is the callee.

2. Billing

Ringspine runs on prepaid credit, not a subscription. The model is prepaid credits with no subscription — one billing primitive, everything is a deduction from a balance.

The rules that follow from it:

  • Minimum top-up: €10. Checkout offers €10 / €25 / €50, with €25 as the default.
  • Credit never expires.
  • Unused balance is refundable on request, and on account deletion, less the original payment processing fee, back to the original payment method. This is a manual request handled by an operator, not an automatic refund.
  • Deleting your account does not erase your invoices. GDPR erasure removes personal data, not invoices — transaction records are retained under accounting law. If you ask us to delete your account while holding a balance, we settle that balance with you first.
  • Calls are capped at 10 minutes. A call that your balance cannot fund is refused before it is placed.
  • If a call's outcome cannot be confirmed — for example, if the signal that tells us a call finished never arrives — we charge you the maximum that call could have cost: its duration cap, which is the lower of the 10-minute ceiling and whatever your remaining balance could fund. If we later learn the call ran shorter than that (or didn't connect at all), we credit back the difference. This correction only ever runs in your favour: it lowers a charge already made, never raises one.
  • No pricing figures are published on this page. The rate that applies to your account is shown in your dashboard.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Ringspine to place calls that are illegal, harassing, or fraudulent, or to impersonate a person or organization. We may suspend your account if we believe you are using Ringspine in breach of this section or of section 4 below.

4. Your obligations when placing calls

Ringspine places automated voice calls on your instruction. You are the controller of the calls you place and you are responsible for their lawfulness. By placing a call through Ringspine you confirm, for each call, that:

  1. Destination. The number you are calling is a Lithuanian number. Ringspine does not currently support calling any other country and will refuse such calls.
  2. Consent — private individuals. If the person you are calling is a private individual and the call has any direct marketing purpose, you have obtained that person's prior consent to receive marketing calls, that consent was given separately from any other terms, and you can produce evidence of it. If you are relying instead on an existing customer relationship, you obtained that person's contact details in the course of selling them a product or service, the call concerns something similar, and you gave them a clear free way to refuse both at collection and on every contact since.
  3. Consent — businesses. If you are calling a company, prior consent is not required, but you must offer a clear and free way to refuse further calls, stop calling without undue delay when anyone at that company refuses, and keep a record of the refusal.
  4. Suppression. You maintain your own list of people and companies who have refused your calls, and you do not place calls to them through Ringspine. Ringspine does not maintain this list for you.
  5. Calling hours. You place calls only between 09:00 and 20:00 Europe/Vilnius time.
  6. Prohibited numbers. You never use Ringspine to call emergency numbers or emergency services (including 112, police, fire and ambulance), hospitals or other healthcare providers, or government bodies and public authorities.
  7. Disclosure. Every Ringspine call opens by telling the person that they are speaking to an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. You may customise the wording; you may not remove it, and any wording you supply must genuinely disclose both facts.

We may suspend your account if we believe you are in breach of this section. These obligations are yours, not ours: Ringspine is the mechanism, you decide who is called and why.

None of the seven points above is checked by the product. There is no code that verifies consent before a call is placed, blocks a call outside 09:00–20:00, screens a number against the prohibited list, or scrubs against a suppression list. The only control is this contract, and the destination check in point 1, which the product does enforce (Ringspine already refuses any number outside Lithuania). Point 7's disclosure is also enforced: every call speaks a disclosure, and no setting can remove it.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of section 3 or section 4. You may close your account at any time by writing to us; see section 2 for what happens to any remaining balance.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. As with the privacy policy, a change here should track an actual change in what the product does, not run ahead of it.
